The physical therapy department has been supportive, professional, and motivating. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve made steady progress and feel stronger every day. I always feel encouraged and never rushed during my sessions.

A special thank you to Loida who goes above and beyond to make sure I never miss an appointment and that all my needs are met. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, and always follows through. Having someone like her on your care team makes a huge difference.

The nursing staff is attentive and friendly, and I’ve always felt safe and well cared for here. Whether it’s assistance with daily tasks, medication, or just checking in on how I’m doing, they’re always there with a smile.
